Description: Our team wanted to find new solutions for affordable housing in Denver. Currently over 87,000 families are paying more than a third of their income on rent alone! This is completely unsustainable and will lead to more gentrification and displacement city wide. We looked into the possibility of building ADUs or Addition Dwelling Units on the residential alleys of Denver and the impact if this was changed in Denver's zoning code.
